Note:
Body and chassis units have been altered and improved to enable completed
cars to conform to the 1998 S.V.A. requirements. No originality of the
visual appearance has been lost or compromised through these modifications.
A number of the body fittings have been altered to make assembly easier.

Chassis:
Fully jigged and M.I.G. welded chassis unit in 100 x 50mm box section.
Chassis includes all the predrilled fixing points for front suspension, wing
stays, steering rack, brake and clutch pedals, servo, brake and master cylinders,
engine, gearbox, differential, handbrake, braced scuttle hoop with steering
column mounting, 10 body fixings, upper and lower differential unit, rubber bushed mountings,
rear suspension and tie bars, 3 point seat belt achorages, fuel tank and fuel pump moutings,
spare wheel carrier plate. Also included seperately are the radiator hoop,
radiator mounting clips (2), mounting stays (2), dashboard straps (2) and
front wing stays (2).

Body:
One piece grey gelcoat GRP and steel structure, dimensionally identical
to the original 1936 SS100. Finished bodywork assembly includes the front
sub valance, front wings, bulkhead, scuttle and dashboard battery box,
steel strengthened door surrounds, running boards, rear wings and lower
hood, locker and rear valance sections. Built into the rear bodywork is a
substantial steel subframe which locates exactly, with 10 bolts, the body
to the chassis. The steel subframe incorporates the inertia seat belt over
shoulder mountings. The body is completely predrilled ready for accurate
location of all instruments, switches, lights, windscreen, hood frame, fuel
filler, etc. Both doors are steel framed internally and are works fitted
to the body with brass hinges. Body mounting bolts, nuts and spacers supplied.
Two people can fit the body unit, as supplied, to the chassis in less than
10 minutes.

Bonnet:
4 panels of handmade aluminium correctly louvred, fully formed, cut and
trimmed. The 3 hinges plus fixings for the front hoop and bulkhead fixings
are all supplied in stainless steel. 9 parts.
